This site uses a few conventions and styles to make it easier to fiddle about, and this page explains them all.

Topics, topic maps and navigation

First of all, this site is created through heavy use of Topic maps, so if you follow a link that looks like the one just given (or this link to Alexander Johannesen or XTM), you are taken to a topic on this site.

Next, there will be external links to sources outside of this site, which looks like Amazon or Wired Magazine or CNN.

Assorted styles

Throughout the site we use various bullets and styles to signify what I'm talking about. For instance;
