In a previous chapter I ranted about how I had come to a stand-still, and needed some mental furtiliser from ... anywhere! Tom and Donna (who even lent it to me, bless her heart) suggested , and let me tell you that it was right up my alley; just the thing I needed, and I'd like to now recomend this book to anyone doing any kind of cognitive science, from information architecture to information systems to project management. It is a great update into this fascinating world.
